• A $250 deposit plus optional trip insurance premium is due no later than June 1, 2026. Checks are made payable to Spinnerstown Hotel and dropped off at Spinnerstown Hotel or mailed to PO Box 111 Spinnerstown, PA 18968
• Single room supplement fee is $1200.
• A 3% credit card fee will be added for credit charges over $1000.
• Final payments are due by July 10, 2026.
• Transportation to and from Newark Airport and Spinnerstown Hotel is included.
• All cancellations must be advised in writing no later than June 8 in order to receive a 50% refund. After June 8 no refund can be made.
• Group Travel Protection Insurance is offered as an option for protection of your trip in the event of cancellation, illness, or theft of baggage. Premium is due at time of initial deposit. For details regarding the policy, visit: www.tripmate.com/wpF442G
• Accommodations: Twin rooms GENERALLY have 2 beds. Other configurations (king or double bed), are on a request and availability basis determined by each hotel. Spinn-Out and CIE Tours do not have control over allocations of specific rooms within each hotel.
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide motor coach with equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity; however, Wi-Fi access cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability based on regional infrastructure, vehicle specifications, and service provider limitations. Spinn-Out Tours and CIE Tours shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from the absence or unreliability of Wi-Fi service during the tour.
• Reasonable efforts will be made for accommodations of allergies for group meals, but cannot be guaranteed.
• Porterage is included for one bag per person. Passengers are responsible for any additional baggage such as carry-ons, wheeled or unwheeled, through out the trip. Storage is limited and additional charges may apply for additional baggage.
• Travel documents are typically available approximately 2 weeks prior to departure.
